The luxurious Vista Ostuni resort in Puglia

Recently, I visited Vista Ostuni. It was unforgettable. I had promised my wife. I had heard so much about it.

Some colleagues had already been there. Then I saw photos on Instagram.

I wanted to be a true luxury traveler for a day. In Ostuni, there are plenty of opportunities. After having an aperitif at the Bistrot and lunch at Bloom, I wanted a special dinner. I should mention, these weren't all done in one day. We always come to Ostuni. Even just for walks, since it feels like strolling through a postcard.

Our experience at Vista Ostuni was amazing. The location is stunning: an incredible panoramic view makes every moment special, from sunset to evening. It's basically surrounded by olive groves. I researched its history before going.

It's inside the former Manifattura Tabacchi, a historic building with a long, fascinating history. Over the centuries, it was a convent in the 1300s, a rest home, a prison, and in the 1900s, a tobacco processing site until the '80s.

Let me tell you what I found: the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a romantic evening 😊.

The cuisine impressed me a lot. The dishes are creative, made with top-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and especially flavorful. Each course is designed to be special, in my opinion.

The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and discreet, making you feel comfortable without being intrusive. It's the kind of welcome that truly makes a difference.

The bartender is amazing: Valentino, and also the restaurant manager, Maurizio.

My wife's suggestion, which I obviously can't refuse: "For our next anniversary, it would be lovely to stay a night," taking the time to enjoy the place and experience the pool, which instantly conveys elegance and tranquility.

I must say, the idea of waking up there, without rushing, and extending that refined atmosphere sounds like a great idea! 😎
