What is Nordic Walking and why practice it in Oasi Zegna?
Nordic Walking is much more than a simple walk: it is a complete sport that trains the body in a harmonious and natural way. By using special poles, it allows you to engage up to 90% of your muscles, improving endurance, strength, and coordination.
In Oasi Zegna, in the heart of the Biella Alps, this activity finds its ideal setting. The mountain landscape, clean air, and open views provide the perfect environment for practicing Nordic Walking in all seasons. Here, the Oasi Zegna Nordic Walking Park® was born, the first certified park in Piedmont by the Italian Nordic Walking School.
It is a project designed for those who want to move in nature in a gentle yet effective way, improving physical fitness and rediscovering the joy of walking.
What makes Oasi Zegna Nordic Walking Park® special?
The Oasi Zegna Nordic Walking Park® is born from a simple yet profound idea: walking on safe and well-marked trails, where every step becomes a moment of relaxation and well-being.
The park's instructors wanted to rediscover historical paths of the Oasi Zegna, offering visitors a new way to experience them. The trails, already loved by hikers and families, are reinterpreted through the practice of Nordic Walking, which combines movement, breathing, and body awareness.
This activity is suitable for everyone: from beginners who want to start a gentle training path, to athletes who want to enhance their endurance or improve their posture.
