Summer Parking in Nardò
Discover the costs and free parking options in the marinas of Nardò for a stress-free summer.

When do you pay for parking in the marinas?
Parking is paid during the summer season, from June 1st to September 30th. The payment hours are extensive: from 8:30 AM until 4:00 AM the following day. This applies every day, including holidays and weekends.
How much does parking cost?
In most of the marinas of Nardò, the rate is 1 euro per hour, with a minimum payment of 50 cents. If you decide to stay all day, you can pay 5 euros for the daily rate. In some areas, like via Edrisi in Santa Maria al Bagno, the daily cost is lower: 3 euros per day. This is one of the most economical options for those looking to save.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for parking at the parking meters along the streets or via apps like EasyPark or similar. With apps, you can manage your parking flexibly, paying only for the actual time and receiving reminders on your smartphone. However, consider a small additional service fee, usually just a few cents.
Where to pay and where not: a guide to the marinas?
Sant’Isidoro has several paid parking areas. The cost is the standard: 1 euro per hour or 5 euros per day. Spots are in high demand, so it's wise to arrive early, especially on weekends. In some secondary internal streets, further from the sea, it is still possible to find free parking, but these are few and must be searched for carefully.
Santa Caterina also applies the rate of 1 euro per hour or 5 euros for the whole day. Areas near the cove are paid, but there are some higher zones, near the pine forest, where you can park for free, followed by a short walk to the sea.
Santa Maria al Bagno has most areas along the seafront paid. However, in via Edrisi, there is a zone with a reduced daily rate of 3 euros, which is very appreciated by tourists. Here too, in the internal streets further from the center, you can find free parking, but they are often occupied by morning.
Porto Selvaggio is a protected natural area, and access to the sea is on foot after leaving the car in the parking lots along the road. The main parking lots are paid (5 euros per day), but there is a free option: the so-called Curvone Parking, further away but free. From there, you reach the sea with a 20-minute walk through the pine forest.
Parking for residents and subscriptions?
Residents of the marinas have the right to reserved parking (usually with yellow lines) or discounted seasonal subscriptions. For tourists, however, no concessions are provided, except for the possibility of choosing less central areas to save.
Useful tips for saving?
Arrive early: by 9 AM, free parking starts to dwindle. Bring change or a card for the parking meter. Download an app to pay only for the actual parking time. Check the signage: free areas do not have parking meters or blue lines. Consider leaving the car a bit further away to save a few euros.
